June 16th, 2008 Blog Search will help the users to explore the blogging universe more effectively, and perhaps inspire many to join the revolution themselves. Blogging as a self publishing phenomina contains a tremendous volume of data and need to be seached for the needed information since both the search will retrieve entirely different results.But unfortunatly the users are not much focused on this area but hanging around the google like web searches.
Blog search is a customized search focused on blogs and enables you to find out what people are saying on any subject of your choice.In most of the times blogging theory is that whenever one can’t find a particular piece of information on Google he will just create it himself in his blog.And also it will take time to be indexed in google like search engines.In these situation blog search is more beneficial and relevant and also will get the information and resources from the practical personal expirience.
Blog Search indexes blogs by their site feeds, which will be checked frequently for new content. This means that Blog Search results for a given blog will update with new content much faster than standard web searches. Also, because of the structured data within site feeds, it is possible to find precise posts and date ranges with much greater accuracy.
Google is providing another separate blog search page with some customized searching functionality than that of the normal google search. It supports the new operators of its own like inblogtitle: inposttitle: inpostauthor: blogurl: etc. On searching the Google’s blog search results include all blogs, not just those published through Blogger Its blog index is continually updated, so you’ll always get the most accurate and up-to-date results.
